1. Reglement.
De wedstrijden worden gespeeld volgens de regels van de "International Football Association Board" van de FIFA en het reglement van de K.N.V.B. De bovengenoemde toernooiorganisator heeft de benodigde toestemming tot het houden van het toernooi verkregen van de K.N.V.B.
2. Arbitrage.
De wedstrijden worden geleid door aan FIFA verbonden scheidsrechters. Ieder team in de U13, U14, U15, U16, U17 en U19 dient een persoon als grensrechter beschikbaar te stellen.
3. Teams.
Teams en spelers die de goedkeuring van hun nationale voetbalbond hebben gekregen zijn gerechtigd aan dit toernooi deel te nemen.
4. Teamleider.
Ieder team moet worden begeleid door 2 teamleiders ouder dan 18 jaar. Zijn/haar naam, adres, telefoonnummer en geboortedatum dienen op de spelerslijst te worden vermeld. De teamleiders zijn verantwoordelijk voor het gedrag van de spelers en supporters, zowel op het sportcomplex als in andere accommodaties die voor de deelnemers beschikbaar zijn gesteld.
5. Categorieën/Dispensatie

U15. Spelers geboren op of na 1/1/2010 (11 spelers)

Controle.
De teamleider moet voor aanvang van het toernooi de spelerslijst, waarop per speler naam en geboortedatum zijn vermeld, op het wedstrijdsecretariaat overhandigen. Alle spelers dienen in het bezit te zijn van een officieel legitimatiebewijs dat op elk moment getoond moet kunnen worden. Een speler mag tijdens het gehele toernooi in slechts één team uitkomen. Dispensatie kan enkel en alleen voorafgaand aan het toernooi worden verleend door de toernooicommissie. Er mogen nooit meer dan 2 dispensatiespelers per team tegelijkertijd deelnemen aan een wedstrijd.

7. Plaatsings- en poulewedstrijden.
De ranglijst wordt bepaald door het aantal punten. De punten worden als volgt gegeven: winst 3 punten, gelijkspel 1 punt en verlies 0 punten. Indien meerdere teams een gelijk aantal punten hebben behaald, wordt de rangschikking als volgt bepaald:
1. Doelsaldo
2. Hoogst aantal gescoorde goals
3. Uitslag onderlinge wedstrijd
4. Loting.

8. Wedstrijd.
Per wedstrijd zijn alle 5 spelers (inclusief 1 keeper) van de maximaal 5 op de spelerslijst genoemde reserves inzetbaar. Bij de U09, U10, U11 en U12-categorie kan onbeperkt doorgewisseld worden. Het is enkel toegestaan te wisselen bij een dood spelmoment en met toestemming van de scheidsrechter.
9. Tenue
Indien vóór aanvang van een wedstrijd naar het oordeel van de scheidsrechter de clubkleuren van beide teams te weinig verschillen, is de eerstgenoemde vereniging verplicht te spelen in een tenue van afwijkende kleur.
10. Disciplinaire maatregelen.
Indien een speler uit het veld is gestuurd (rode kaart) of een waarschuwing (gele kaart) heeft gekregen, zal de scheidsrechter de toernooicommissie direct na de wedstrijd hierover informeren. Een speler die uit het veld is gestuurd of 2 officiële waarschuwingen heeft gekregen in één wedstrijd, wordt voor de volgende wedstrijd automatisch uitgesloten. De toernooicommissie zal elke strafzaak beoordelen en eventueel andere straffen kunnen opleggen. Alle rapporten over wangedrag zullen door de toernooiorganisator naar de nationale voetbal bond worden gestuurd die deze rapporten zal doorsturen naar de betreffende andere nationale bonden. In geval van poulewedstrijden zullen alle resultaten van een team ongeldig verklaard worden, indien:
- dat team zonder geldige reden niet op tijd aanwezig is; het team verliest automatisch met 3-0
- dat team met een niet-gerechtigde speler uitkomt;
- door wangedrag van de spelers, begeleiding en/of supporters van dat team de scheidsrechter besluit de wedstrijd te staken. Verliest men alle wedstrijden in de poulefase, gebeurt dit in de tussen of eindronde wordt het gehele team gediskwalificeerd
Supporters.
Wangedrag van supporters zal niet worden getolereerd. Bij ernstig wangedrag – dit wordt beoordeeld door de toernooicommissie – zal betrokkene de toegang tot het SVI-complex voor de duur van het gehele toernooi ontzegd worden en zal dit consequenties hebben voor het deelnemende team.
11. Protesten.
Protesten met betrekking tot beslissingen van de scheidsrechters zijn niet mogelijk. Protesten met betrekking tot andere aangelegenheden moeten uiterlijk 15 minuten na afloop van de wedstrijd door de teamleider bij de toernooicommissie schriftelijk worden ingediend. De toernooicommissie besluit tevens over aangelegenheden waarin dit reglement niet voorziet. Het besluit van de toernooicommissie is bindend. 12. Wedstrijdprogramma.
De toernooicommissie heeft het recht om, in geval van onvoorziene omstandigheden, het wedstrijdprogramma te wijzigen.
13. Aansprakelijkheid.
De deelnemende clubs zijn zelf verantwoordelijk voor een adequate verzekering van de spelers. De organisatoren en Euro-Sportring zijn niet aansprakelijk voor persoonlijk letsel en verlies of diefstal van eigendommen van de deelnemers.

The matches will be officiated by referees affiliated with FIFA. Each team in the U13, U14, U15, U16, U17, and U19 categories must provide one person to act as assistant referee (linesman).

Teams and players approved by their national football association are eligible to participate in the tournament.
4. Team Leader
Each team must be accompanied by two team leaders over the age of 18. Their names, addresses, phone numbers, and dates of birth must be listed on the team sheet. The team leaders are responsible for the behavior of the players and supporters, both on the sports grounds and in any other accommodations made available to participants.
5. Categories / Exemptions
Verification
Before the start of the tournament, the team leader must submit the team sheet with each player's name and date of birth to the tournament office. All players must carry a valid official ID, which must be available for inspection at all times. A player may only participate in one team throughout the tournament. Exemptions may only be granted by the tournament committee before the tournament begins. No more than 2 exempt players may participate in a match at the same time.

Knockout Rounds

8. Match Rules
Each team may use up to 5 substitutes (including 1 goalkeeper) per match, as listed on the official team sheet. In the U09, U10, U11 and U12 categories, unlimited substitutions are allowed. Substitutions are only allowed during a stoppage in play and with the referee’s permission.
9. Team Kits
If, in the referee's opinion, the team colors are too similar, the team listed first must change into an alternate kit.
10. Disciplinary Measures
If a player is sent off (red card) or cautioned (yellow card), the referee will inform the tournament committee immediately after the match. A player who receives a red card or two yellow cards in the same match is automatically suspended for the next match. The tournament committee will review each disciplinary case and may impose further sanctions. All reports of misconduct will be forwarded by the tournament organizer to the national football association, which will send them to the relevant foreign association. In the group stage, all results of a team will be annulled if:
Supporters
Misconduct by supporters will not be tolerated. In the event of serious misconduct—as determined by the tournament committee—the individual will be banned from the SVI complex for the duration of the tournament. This will also have consequences for the participating team.
11. Protests
Protests regarding referee decisions are not allowed. Protests concerning other matters must be submitted in writing by the team leader to the tournament committee no later than 15 minutes after the match ends. The tournament committee also decides on issues not covered in these rules. The committee’s decision is final.
12. Match Schedule
The tournament committee reserves the right to alter the match schedule in case of unforeseen circumstances.
13. Liability
Participating clubs are responsible for providing adequate insurance for their players. The organizers and Euro-Sportring are not liable for personal injury, loss, or theft of participants’ property.
